Refund Policy

Due to limited stock on/ for some of our items, all sales are considered FINAL upon receipt of payment. We do not provide refunds, however returns are accepted within 10 days and subject to availability. See details below:

• Returns must be returned within 10 days from the shipment received date.

• All regular returns EXCLUDING final sale items will be issued an E-Gift Card.

• Returns received more than 10 days after the date of shipment received will be refused and returned to sender. NO EXCEPTIONS

• WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES

• All items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging, hang tags and purchase slip.

• Avocado On Rye reserves the right to refuse a return/refund if the returned merchandise does NOT meet the standards to return.
